Mr. Moynul Haque Siddiqui

Mr. Moynul Haque Siddiqui is a visionary leader and pioneering entrepreneur in Bangladesh’s ICT sector with over 25 years of impactful contributions. As Chairman of Felicity IDC Ltd. and Fiber@Home Ltd., he has been instrumental in shaping the nation’s digital infrastructure landscape. He founded BDCOM Online, one of Bangladesh’s first nationwide ISPs, and pioneered the concept of the Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN) by establishing Fiber@Home, the country’s first NTTN operator. Under his leadership, Felicity IDC Limited launched the first private sector Tier III Certified Data Centre in Bangladesh, setting new standards for data security and service excellence. Collaborating closely with the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, Mr. Siddiqui has driven the industrialization and modernization of the ICT sector. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, he was honored as the ICT Businessperson of the Year at The Daily Star ICT Awards in 2022. His forward-thinking vision continues to guide Felicity as it leads the future of secure, data-driven digital solutions in Bangladesh.

Mr. Sharful Alam

Mr. Sharful Alam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Felicity IDC. Since joining, he has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction. With over 27 years of industry experience, primarily at Aamra Networks Limited, Mr. Sharful brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He climbed the corporate ladder at Aamra Networks Limited, ultimately assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) with over 10 years. His strategic vision was further refined during his tenure as Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Dotlines. Mr. Sharful’s ability to identify market opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive operational excellence has been instrumental in his success. An IBA graduate, Mr. Sharful’s academic foundation combined with his extensive industry experience positions him as a valuable asset to Fiber@Home. His strategic guidance is instrumental in shaping the company's future growth and market leadership.

Mr. Azad Chowdhury
Business Advisor

Mr. Azad Chowdhury serves as a Business Advisor to Felicity IDC Ltd. and is the Additional Managing Director (AMD) of Fiber@Home Ltd. With over 20 years of international experience in investment banking, private equity, and development finance, he has held senior leadership roles across New York, Toronto, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Mr. Chowdhury brings nearly a decade of expertise managing technology enterprises in Bangladesh through private equity investments. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he combines global financial acumen with strategic insight into digital infrastructure and platform development. At Felicity, he provides strategic guidance on corporate growth, investment planning, and innovation. His leadership supports Felicity’s mission to advance digital infrastructure and smart city initiatives in Bangladesh.

Mr. Sumon Ahmed Sabir
Business Consultant

Mr. Sumon Ahmed Sabir is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Fiber@Home Ltd. and a trusted consultant to Felicity IDC Ltd. With 29 years of experience, he has been central to the development of Bangladesh’s IXP, CERT, and NOG. He has held key global roles, including MAG Member of the UN Internet Governance Forum and Policy Chair at APNIC. Currently, he serves on the Executive Council of the Asia Pacific Network Information center (APNIC). His deep technical insight continues to guide Felicity’s innovation in secure and resilient digital infrastructure.

Mr. Kazi Salauddin
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kazi Salauddin over 25 years experience in Finance, Accounts and Company affairs field. He has vast experience in Telecommunication and ICT sector. He has experience in Capital Market, Money Market and financial Management. He has over 25 years experience in Legal & Financial regulations. He is very much familiar with Corporate Governance, taxation and other regulatory compliance. He has been playing key role in Fiber@Home and its associated Companies as senior team leader since 2009. He has post graduation from Finance & Accounts.
